  • Report #1 - Weekly Results of the Prior week’s results.

  • Report #2 - Campaign totals since the Program started.

 

Glossary of Digital Terms

Reach – The number of unique humans who saw your ads

Impressions – The number of times your ads were on screen.

Frequency – The number of times that a person views your ad.

Reach/ impressions = frequency. ( 1/10= .10 frequency)

Clicks- Number of clicks on your ads

Click Through Rate (CTR) – percentage of Clicks divided by amount of impressions. (1 click / 10 impressions = .10% CTR)

Engagement - number of times people took an action on your Facebook Page or Posts because of your ad. This is an umbrella term that can include page and post likes, follows, comments, etc.

Call To Action – A prompt or direction for a consumer which encourages them to take an action on the ad. EX: “Call Now,” “Click Here” and “Learn More.”

Landing Page – A destination a user is sent to after clicking on a link.

Conversions –An exchange of information from the user to the business. Examples of conversions refer to phone calls, sign ups, purchases, contacts, filling out lead forms, etc.

Video Plays – Number of times your video starts to play. Can be reported in terms of % of total amount of video ( i.e. 25%, 50%, 100%).

Algorithm - Complex computer system which controls who sees what content.
